Anyone else having problems using Rustdesk with Vox ISP
I opened all the ports require by Rustdesk on the Firewall . Even my device is whitelisted on the firewall with no filtering applied, but Rustdesk is still unable to connect. The ID and password shows but at the bottom it keeps showing not ready check your connection. When I connect on any other network that is not Vox it works

Check with a mobile device and see if you can connect, the only time I had this exact issue with rustdesk was when they had server issues but currently working on my side so we can cross server issues off the list.

Also not currently seeing any complaints about current issues on reddit.

Yes like I said it works fine on any other ISP network (even public WiFi) so can only rule out the Vox is causing the problem even though they state that they do not block any ports or protocols

It could be your router. Which router are you using, and is it the router Vox gave you?

Ah I missed the part where you tested with another network. Hopefully you can get some better assistance from one of the forum members.

Yes its the Frogfoot / Vox router they supplied with installation. I requested the login details to check that exact setup as I am also 99% sure the problem is on there
