Hi all,
I'm here to vent my frustrations attempting to deal with Vox. Contacted them beginning of November to organise my FTTH. Am in Century City so the fibre is there and the consultant told me that my complex is able to receive it. So I thought great, filled in the application and expected to have been connected within a week or 2. A month later and still no internet but they were still clearly happy to set up the debit order and take my money. I have to phone daily to try get some kind of update as to what's happening but I seem to get the same response that a manager will phone me to organise. Then the rest of the day goes by and I'll hear nothing.
Is this the kind of service I should be expect from them? Should I just tell them to refund my money and cancel my application now and go find a different provider?
