Hi Vox

I recently got Fibre at home (Vox FTTH on Vumatel infrastructure)...

When do I take ownership of the router? I seem to remember being told after 6 months, i.e. if I leave before that then I have to return it... Please could someone shed some light?

Thanks
Mev

I was under the impression that the router is part of the activation cost and should be yours from day 1 when on a month to month setup? I could be wrong though.

Can I ask why you are moving off VOX? Im in the process of getting FTTH and was going to go with them unless you have can advise otherwise.

Not leaving Vox at all is how I read it, just querying the deal with the router.

How is VOX fibre, i used to be a fatpipe ADSL user. Are their fibre of same quality?

Been with them for nearly a year now, ‘tho I never had an ADSL account with them so I can’t compare...
As for the Fibre account, it’s been just as advertised. Really happy with my interwebz thank you very much and have no intention of changing SP.
