... what a terrible Monday this has been for me.
Got a 1gb SAOL account that will hopefully do what I need for today

just heard it is a switch in Teraco data centre, called a 960 switch.
They have now replaced it and busy moving all connections and customers over to new switch.
Should be back up in about 1 hour for all customers.
