I wish we have some official feedback would be nice to give clients feedback other than "Sorry it's not us, sorry we don't have an ETA. sorry we don't know what to say." etc etc

Whatever you do, just don't tell them "The sky is falling"

The problem is that we can't provide an ETA at this time. What I can tell you is that many services have been restored, and there's more to come.

It's one of those cases where its like "how long is a piece of string" ... "twice the length of its half". There are hundreds and hundreds of systems which are being checked.

We first get all the physical hosts up, then the VM's. Email services began at 4pm to be restored.

If so much went down it sounds like a power issue?

First outage I've experienced with Vox so I'm not phased, it's a proper ISP 99% of the time. Looks like ADSL auth is still down, my 150GB capped and Gig4Gig both fail to authenticate.

try crystal web :whistle:
Been there, done that, wouldn't go back, even if it was free.
