My adsl is back up. Authenticated and no need to change DNS for me. I am on dsl.lantic.net
 
Can anyone log into the Vox website to check usage?

My Vox accounts authenticate but the Vox web portal gives me;

Android app rejects username and password as well.

Roguematt's unofficial Windows app seems to be working OK.

The 12am - 6am free data usage does still seem to be cap deducted... would be nice to have this separated soon.
 
Been hearing that the newly added 12-6am unlimited data is counting peoples usage during this time towards their cap on the Fatpipe accounts. Is it functioning correctly and safe to resume my downloads?

Ahh.. so i'm not the only one having this issue. The usage on my fatpipe account was very strange, until i did an investigation and found that my data used during 'after hours' were being added to my capped :(

It's been stated many times, the data is NOT coming off your cap, the clientzone just reflects that it does because it hasn't been updated. It will be updated before the end of the month. In fact there is a nice little explanation of this right above your usage bar.

My Android app never worked. Gave me authentication error before the outage.
 
Yes, rebooted a hundred times last night without success. Woke up this morning and working.
 
Does anyone know if the outgoing mail issue has been resolved? Not at home to test.

Right now clientzone still down so usage bar inaccessible... android app non functional... and Windows app (unofficial) still lumping it all together... the sky might seem to indeed be falling !

There is currently an issue with the Customer Portal on the Vox's website. We are currently working on this issue.

Since 6pm after a manual restart my ADSL account for 75gb FatPipe is failing with incorrect username or password. No Password changes were made. Is that type of authentication still an issue? i tried logging onto the Website but it also fails my known user and password for the website.

Your reply would be appreciated.

In this case, I suggest contacting the service center for assistance.
