Good day, been having latency issues with Vox on Frogfoot. Use to be on external ip range 102.39.x.x and local latency was great getting local speed test to vanilla isp between 10 to 15 ms. The last couple months latency increased to the same vanilla server for testing getting local test between 40 and 50 ms. Also realized my external ip range changes to a very different range 41.193.x.x with high latency. There is no issues reported on frogfoot website and no issues reported on the Vox app for my region. Currently on a capped account ! Internet been dropping allot in the past 4 weeks!

Which area are you in?

Port Elizabeth
Received information from vox a few minutes ago there is frogfoot issues which i understand now but still doesn't explain the increased latency since being assigned to the 41.193.x.x range.

There are 2 routes out of PE one being via the north coast line and the other the south. Via North means it routes all the way up to KZN then to JHB and back to Cape Town. The southern route goes directly to Cape Town.

Check the latency to JHB. If you are getting ~29ms to JHB you are on the JHB vlan.
