Does anyone know how the Supaphone R 225.00 contract is structured from a billing point of view. I have had one now for two months and do not see the benefit of the R 200 free calls amount.
The way I see the invoice is that they charge you for everything but do not subtract this amount from your bill.
I have contacted them only to speak to someone that could not help at all. I have been sending mails to their support centre and have escallated the Issue. I am not getting any responses from these guys.
