Quick question - upon doing a tracert I found that 2-13 all timed out . Only 8 and 14 completed. Is this an exchange issue?
Try not to trace to MyBB. I tried recently and they were using CloudFlare to divert attacks.Oh wow... that's horrendous.
Reboot that modem/router and share another traceroute please.
