Reboot that modem/router and share another traceroute please.

Nimz, in your last traceroute you have massive latency to 192.168.1.1, which is on your internal LAN. I'm assuming you have a similar setup to mine, where you have a Mikrotik / similar device handling your DSL connections and an Asus router managing your wired/wireless LAN? Or you have a wireless range extender?

Either way, that last trace suggests the problem lies on your network, not Vox or your line.
 
The weird thing is why would he ping 10.0.0.2 and 192.168.1.1, router and then the modem? If so something is not right with the setup or the cable is faulty.

2nd Router 192.168.1.1 (Maybe make this one 10.0.0.1)

Why not put them both on the same IP range? Disable DHCP on the Wifi router and let your DSL router handle the DHCP.
 
All seems fine now once I got back from the exam. Maybe those videos just weren't meant to be lol.
Router is on 10.0.0.2
Modem is at 192.168.1.1
House is 700sqm so not HUGE
And I'm not in Vietnam lol

I've been finding Vox a bit under par at the moment on all my Fatpipe accounts (3 in total), switched to Telkom for now and hoping they sort it out in the near future. I suppose the I less use the more carry over gigs i have lol.
Telkom strangely enough is working quite well and with their extended data will allow me to occur more data on Vox YaaaaY!!!
may be something to investigate.

* I'm in Cape town too, well actually near Milnterton (Burgundy Estate) 20MB DSL line. syncing at 17meg.
