Vox Telecom Fatpipe

It isn't the exchange. Telkom have confirmed that the fault lies with Vox.
If that's true, then at this point I would personally paste (ie, I suggest pasting) daily traceroutes/speedtests comparing VOX with another ISP (such as Telkom's guest account, if you don't want to pay for another one). That way you can prove that it is a VOX issue. But to just quote "Telkom have confirmed" only to hear VOX retort with "It's a Telkom problem" in ping-pong fashion, will get you nowhere pretty fast. Quote some comparative traceroutes on the thread, conducted between different ISP's at the same time of the day. This can help others out too who may suspect that VOX is to blame, and should persuade any VOX techies browsing this forum that there is a problem on their network, assuming this is the conclusion that the traceroutes point to

I have spent hours on tracerts requested by Chris at Vox, only to find he wasn't even looking at them after 9 days went by and had not opened a trouble ticket.

Now that he has hit the road, I'm hoping the new guys will look at it afresh if the problem remains. Telkom has muddied the water by altering my ADSL profile, causing some other issues.

Maybe do what fragtion has suggested and post some comparative traceroutes for all of us to see?

Well that's my business as I said. If it's one aspect that's not working, then they ought to address it. We can't do musical ISP's just because a company tried eroneosly to deflect blame. Now that Chris the stubborn one is gone I have hopes.:D

Well then, please don't bring your business over here.

Weren't you banned at one stage?

LOL! Antiganda posts traceroutes :D

Maybe one or 2 only now on Vox thread, Telkom thread? Nope.

Maybe if you post your evidence here, people wouldn't be so hostile?

No.

Here is one one your quotes on another thread:

"Go fly a kite WA."

I guess hypocrisy is a bit lost on you. You complain about WA, but you don't want customers to do so here. In fact you shouldn't be posting here at all.

No.

You most definitely were banned at some point for a week or something.

No 1000 times of course. Can we stop derailing now?
You are not a customer, and neither is Soul Assassin. He's just been troilling the Web Africa thread and the Afrihost one with comments about MWeb. Busy bee eh!

Seeing as I haven't been banned once/many times, I have far more right to post anywhere on MyBb than you do.

Sicko.

I am a Vox customer thank you.

I use IS (not WA) and don't have a problem, I have a problem with WA with their "prioritised" accounts.

EDIT: I have a Vox account as backup.

So getting back on point.
Still no stable improvement on the VOX side. Roll over data was corrected, but speeds still all over the place!
