my connection is stable.. ive been connected to a clients vpn for the last 8hrs.. no issues

How many concurrent connections are you allowed on fatpipe? I called the sales department and they said only 1 which is a shame.

what's going on here
 
I've got 50gb Fat Pipe yesterday, and so far everything has been awesome, except Netflix. Last night I couldn't maintain 480p, and this afternoon it could even stream 244p without buffering.

Any Durban Fat Pipe users experienced the same?

10mb line btw.

Update: 6:35pm and its a solid 480p at the moment. Still not as good as the stable 720p I get with my 10mb Afrihost Business account though :(

Update 2: The next evening I got a solid 720p, so hopefully whatever was wrong has been sorted out.

For some reason both android and iOS store updates are dead slow to the point of being nonexistent.
 
My account is crawling. Netflix is shocking. Have switched back to Afrihost :(

This is not a good first impression. I'm rethinking my decision to move to Vox VDSL & 300gb FP in December
 
prodigyX, this is the first real issue I have had in a year of being with them, hope it is only temporary
 
Working fine in PE, Netflix in 720P, NNTP fullspeed. Maybe it's DBN (North IPC) related ?

Thinkbroadband UK speedtest getting 11Mbps.

Edit: Spoke to soon, broken in PE for me now as well.

What did you guys do ...

Broken on & off here in centurion for the whole day

And off again, contacted VOX now for the third time today, support person does not want to admit they have problem currently. Blaming it on my DNS settings which I changed from google DNS to default automatic VOX provided ones and the dedicated ones VOX support provided. They went in my account and everything works from their side and now on my side as well. But this has been going on the whole day International is off an on. Local seems to be fine.

Just tell me honestly if there is currently a problem. Don't lie to me. I have over 25 years of It experience to see through the lies.

Once my samsung smart tv account is finished I am finished with VOX
