Anyone else experiencing terrible inconsistency regarding site visiting? Speedtest show everything is fine, but navigating websites is god awfully slow. Tried my afrihost account and all is good.

We had the same issue over the weekend, tried using various DNS servers with the same result. Speedtest clocking a 19+ on a 20mbps line.

Can someone from Vox kindly assist. I'm having to use my cell phone to post this..

Let me just say first off that my experience with Vox has been awesome since I signed up at the beginning of the month. However I am faced with an issue whereby my account stopped working this evening.

My account stopped working, with only access to the Vox Telecom site. When I called the support line just now I was told that they have a problem whereby my usage from 12-6am which is supposed to be free, is counting towards my normal 150GB cap...and therefore I am capped...

And that this problem will only be fixed on the first of the next month..

I am paying for 150GB, have been sold a product which says data is free from 12-6am when I do most of my downloading, and now I cannot use what I have paid for and have to suffer because of a problem with their system?

What am I supposed to do now?

Ticket ref ATL7031154

Thanks.

Anyone else having dismal performance with VOX lately? I'm not used the crappy speed of late. JHB north.
will log call now.

Torrents behaving a bit erratically taking long time to start. One stopped at 99.7%.

Haven't done any full testing just yet.

Has the midnight surfer offer been fixed?

Still showing data usage on dashboard.

Oh dear... I am about to reach my cap... and as above, the free data is showing as capped data usage... no indication of the separate counters yet.

Will I too be capped until next month because of this?

I'm sure fxit_man has a unrelated issue or he has in fact reached his cap, the reason I say this is because I asked Vox about my data on the 22nd and I received a slight look at behind the scenes and the data is being allocated correctly, it's just a front end display issue.

Hopefully that's not the case! Unfortunately because of the front end issue, I can't keep track!

I would have to try pretty hard to use 150GB with normal usage. I don't schedule any downloads during the day. But let's wait and see what Vox say :) hopefully sooner than later!

OK, so around midnight international gaming is a no-no once again.

Tracert is timing out to any destination.

I guess this fix didn't come about or it wrecked everything?
