Weird. Can't seem to download torrents. Was working fine this morning.

I'm based in DBN.

Edit: Never mind; it's working now.

Anymore info on our accumulative data from last month or is that still to be resolved ?

Would also like to know. Phoned a couple of times. Call logged. Never heard from them again :-(

Over the weekend I was given the list of customers who are missing data.

I'll be working on restoring those values today and post an update once it's compete.
 
I would suggest calling support and ask them to escalate high latency with Telia peer in London to the Advance Core team. Email them this trace as well.

Tested from Different Accounts (VOX, MWEB, AFRIHOST, AXXESS) and VOX Support tested on their 100 Mbps etc. Line and get similar results.

Couldn't download latest league of legends update with Vox account, must be a problem with certain ports? Have seen this mentioned here before.
 
Did they close it without a resolution?

Well it wasn't resolved but When I spoke to the Guy we talked about they must take it up with the International Line Support in London etc. but from a Local Support side my line seems as good as it gets.. Seems all ISP's are affected though so not sure how that would work..

Same here. Don't seem to be very good with feedback is VOX.

I've finished the import of the missing data. If you believe that you are still missing data, contact support (http://www.voxtelecom.co.za/support) -- please note that the Carry Over data won't be updated until later in the day (this is display only, the back end has been corrected)

EDIT: Carry Over has been updated on the front ends. (3pm)
