Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Vox, why can't you sort out your IOS mobile app?
It is just sucking numbers out of thin air when it comes to Fat Pipe usage.

According to your Portal I have used 117GB (out of 300) and around 90GB of the zero-rated data.
The app shows I have used 207GB (out of 300), and when I click any of the options (like Detailed) I just get an error message.

I think the app shows zero rated and normal as a global total

207 = 90 + 117

Yup, they need to fix it.

There was an update today that suggested in the changelog it was fixed, as I reported this problem to them earlier, but it works even less now.
 
Is this telkom line issue/congestion at exchange? Similar results with Afrihost Test Account. ?

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET

Have been getting this for the past month or so! Only happens on my Vox accounts (both of them), but not on my Axxess account. Lasts 2-3 minutes, then it starts working again. Happens every 30 mins or so!

Anyone else having this problem? Can I enter a static DNS in my router to prevent this from constantly happening? I tried 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but I get no internet at all when I do that!

Welcome to the barrack street exchange. Crappiest exchange ever. And no one is willing to get them to fix it...
 
Does anyone feel as though their being shaped on p2p protocols , i have 3 fat pipe accounts on a 40mb/s connections and all of them for the last few days are only managing to hit 10% of the maximum line speed.

Gaming is also impossible right now , im getting pings of >900 in rocket league.

picked up the same i thought was my line tested on WA account and full 20 mb speed

My P2P has been running at 850kb/s this morning

Pm sent speed test full speed , P2P 230 to 300 kps , FTP full speed , youtube fine its just torrents

I got a call from a vox techie eventually, who first of all got my line speed incorrect and said I had a 10mb line , only after I told him I was only getting 600kb/s on my 40mb/s line , he then asked me if i had contacted Telkom to reset my port. I said no I did the port reset via the vox android app. He then said it won't work as my line is not with vox , I then proceeded to tell him it is with vox and that I have performed the reset it not making any difference.

The call ended at this point and my p2p speed / shaping issues are still unresolved.

Not happy at all.
