Vox Telecom Fatpipe

AI jai jai... speed test works fine... Browsing how ever took me 5 min to open this page... Had to refresh and refresh etc... VOX what the hell is going on?. You guys must get an indicator on you site stating network problems... But Again we are paying for a premium service. So when will this be sorted?
 
Latency to intl is 500ms local is 200ms. And constant packet loss

Perhaps it is area dependent?

It went slow this morning, tech support answered the phone within 20 seconds and committed to return to me by email once issues are resolved. Apparently they're aware of the issues but he couldn't give me more info (this was 30 minutes or so ago).

All ISPs prioritize Speedtest over all else.
 
Unshaped means nothing if the issue is CDN access further upstream. This was the case with Afrihost and WebAfrica (structurally by under provisioning all the time), VOX has been very, very good so far so I assume for now that it's a technical fault somewhere. Let's wait and see, at least their support is 100x better than WA/Afrihost/MWEB.
 
So why advertise a premium service, that says UNSHAPED? Hmmm will have to make some calls now...
