all i can say Vox has dropped the ball on reporing back to users , was with afrishost when there problems started and it was the same , lots of updates , then issues started and feedback from them stopped. we all know the story.

Lets hope this is not the case
 
This is worrying... support and reliability are the only things that really differentiate DSL resellers. If you don't get those waxed you're gonna have a bad time, mmmkay!
 
Probably everyone using up their rolled over data before they cancel, putting strain on the already crippled network. I guess we can't know if Voxy ignores the thread now, can we ?
 
Working through a RDP and its laggier than usual. Pings to international sites are in the normal range.

Hmm. seems at 8pm, the vox account increase my local latency from 8ms to 66ms, my international latency from 160ms to 250ms. Sad times.
 
Yeah - tried playing LoL now.

Latency varies constantly between 220 and 500 ms
 
Not just VOX, I had hassles with VOX all day so switched to Telkom at 5PM, now Telkom is also playing up, I can't stream on either VOX or Telkom now.

VOX crawling right now

I agree, was actually unusable last night. Couldn't even stream. Changed over to other ISP accounts and everything was running perfectly. If this doesn't improve by the end of the month I'm going to have to move :(
