Not quite sure - I have given up for tonight - reset the router and reflashed firmware. Logged 2 tickets with Vox and they are clueless. I guess I will need to pick another ISP - it has been great up until two weeks ago.

Right now my PS4 is trying to download a 18GB update which even on a 10Mbps line would not take more than 5 hours:

Wtf is going on the past few days?? I haven't been checking the forum and thought every tablet and pc in my house ****ed! Come on Vox get your **** together, at least tell us what the **** is the problem!!

I have done so, we are looking into these reports one by one and if we find ny issues we apply resolutions immediately.
I will keep you updated on the progress of any further issues.

Morning Voxy.. Can you please have a look for me. Speed test my line is okay. But i cannot stream any Facebook vids, nor youtube. My torrent speed go from 5 to 300 then drop to 12kbps again. So am i shaped or throttled? Thanks have a nice day.

The same happens to me at night
