Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Was there a hiccup with VOX this morning? My download speeds dropped to 1/3 of normal. Other ISP's were giving full speed. This cant carry on.

Vox was having issues on its WACS link to international for the last few weeks. Seems it has been escalated to Telkom but they are not fixing it.

Might be the problem you were experiencing.
 
Can't connect to the Vox site this morning, my browser is complaining about the chat.voxtelecom.co.za certificate being invalid.

WACS services are stable at present.

We are doing some work with the upstream service provider tonight to mitigate further issues.

I am having the same intermittent issue as well. Streaming will work one moment (good quality HD) and then it drops to 280.
Browsing sites is subjective but do get the feeling it does take longer to load then probably should.
Found my downloads to be great at certain points but then when I got up early one morning I found the speed to be less than half of what it normally/should be.

This problem started about three weeks ago, are you having issues Vox?

You are basically describing the majority of Vox users experience.
 
After having Twitch work great for a couple weeks, it's back to being laggy and unusable.

What is going on Vox?

Having the same issue as well:

A certificate verification error occured
Overview:
The access to the URL www.voxtelecom.co.za is restricted because the validation of the certificate failed
Details:
VERIFY DENY: depth=0, Client Certificate requested: "chat.voxtelecom.co.za"

Yeah same error, although it may be cached on our works websense server, I'll feedback tomorrow.

I must say that I tried to watch Twitch on my backup VOX account yesterday and it was terrible.
