Hi Voxy

Any issues last night. My line was running at full speed, but Netflix streaming was maxing out at 384SD at best.

Nothing identified.
We have been doing alot of work to accommodate VOD traffic.

You connecting to the US servers?

Yes, at 5:30 pm everything dropped to only 10% of what I was getting earlier.
Speed test is Fine as is browsing but Streaming is impossible and Sites that were downloading at 1.2MBs are now limited to 100KBs or less.

It looks like Protocol or Site Level shaping to be honest.
 
And back again... starting to think its not Telkom....Speed: 228 KB/s (20Mb/line)

EDIT: But can hardly browse.

Vox evening issues. Lucky I am ok for now, you guys in the Cape region seem to experience the most crap. Going to test a few ISP's tomorrow and then decide where to go. VOX clearly are not interested in listening to their customers, or helping.

Jeepers, tonight everything is super quick, Streaming at 1080 HD and all. Maybe I should bitch more often.
 
Hi guys

Anyone else having low quality streaming issues? netflix doesnt go above 380p. did a test, when i switch to sa netflix quality is much better.

My line is fine and i can browse youtube at 1080p.
I logged a call with vox and call was closed almost immediate, WTF?

@Voxy please help.
 
I cant even stream from Dailymotion Today, this is stupid.
I need an account that I can use on Evenings and Weekends not a Business hours only account.

vox evening issues as well, 400ms to local sites. Daytime has no problem
