Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Please could you PM me your details so we can investigate the slow speeds you are experiencing?
Mine was also unusable last night, and extremely slow during the day yesterday.

Had to switch to my Telkom account
 
The issue comes and goes, bought a 10GB afrihost account as a backup, because everything in life is based on redundancy, in engineering terms. Speed tests are fine, streaming seems to be fine, but browsing is not. Could not open the Vox page last night to log a fault. Went to afrihost, signed up for the free 1GB, and all was well, changed the details back to Vox and it behaved.
 
Yup very poor latency and slow. Still on my Telkom account. Haven't switched yey
 
After the issue lastnight [1Mbps then 2Mbps limit], haven't seen any problems yet.

I fear we are in for a disconnect soon enough :crylaugh:.

Seems like Vox is currently where Afrihost was a few months ago. Time to move on perhaps?

Probably. Each ISP oversells through promotion s and offers, and then can't cope with subsequent growth. Then their service tanks.

In conclusion: Please will everyone leave VOX so I can have better speed, I'm tired of switching
