Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I have the 400GB fp promo package. My 800GB rollover data reset back to 0GB January 2017. I called Support just now after receiving a 90% usage notice. Fault logged for networks team to look into for me. Networks only work Monday to Friday, though, and I'm 100% certain that 40GB won't even last me a day let alone the rest of the weekend. My family averages quite a bit of data a day on our 40Mbps line. Support rep said I need to pay for more data when I reach cap until Networks team resolves and reassured me that no other solutions exist. @Vox mybb rep: please help me. My fault ref is: vox7692069

Just ask your family to stop downloads for a day? Surely it cant be that hard to manage? You'll only get someone to look into that on Monday. Very few companies can afford to pay engineers to work on Weekends :P

True but I'm pretty sure most ISP's can cover costs for me adding data boosters in the interim, though? Besides, why would a paying customer have to limit usage for an issue that isn't their fault. If I wanted limits, I wouldn't have signed up with Vox in the first place.:D

Uncached youtube videos have pitiful speeds, maxing approximately 40KBps.
