Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Please don't tell me Vox is starting to Shape. :( I think it's time to start the hashtag #ShapingMustFall. Hate ISPs that shape capped accounts.

Thanks so much! Switched and now it works.
Contacted their support centre yesterday regarding the issue. They told me to restart my router, after that didn't work, they told me "there's nothing else I can do, the problem isn't on Vox's side. Have a good day." >_<

VOX looks fine here in HB though I am not loading it at the moment, we did stream a bit of TV earlier and I am using it for this reply.
 
Anyone having issues streaming? 480p is somehow too much for my 100 megabit fibre line.
 
Im having intermittent issues with my Vox account, same as its been for the last week or two.
When I switch to another ISP then its fine, so more or less the standard story from the last month or two.
 
Extremely slow connection with high packet loss on my fatpipe account tonight. Hmm...Looking at the previous 3 posts, VOX must have an issue.
 
Same here.. Everything was fine and all of a sudden speed dropped to a tinkle a few hours back.

Both Speedtest and fast shows crappy results.



Fast.com only shows 2.3Mbps of the 40Mbps.

No IPTV for us tonight.

Not sure what is up with their payment portal - trying to sign up for 100GB fatpipe but it just gives this red bar in chrome with information on what might be missing from the debit order information. However as far as I can tell nothing is incorrect. Tried edge and while it doesn't give the same red bar, it also doesn't process it either.

Any idea what might be going on?
 
Same here in Durban. Xbox Live won't work. Switched over to Axxess and its flying.
 
Ag nee man.

VOX must be shaping us or something.. Streaming is doing the mother buffer thing likes it's new fashion. This also happened last night this time.

I can't get 1 Mbps on Vox. That on a 40 Mbps line.
