Vox Telecom increases Fat Pipe ADSL data caps

Yoh, does that include those of us who signed up on the special moons ago? I've had my account bumped from 100gb to 150gb last year when they increased the limit, now if it goes up again to 200gb and I'm still paying the R168 :D Winning

yip, just noticed it on my account - my base cap is now 400gb from 300gb and my rollover is now 2.2TB :D and i went crazy last month with my downloads, probably did about 500gb and it hardly dented my rollover

best account ever, now if they can just get the gaming right i'll be very happy

CrystalWeb (IS) accounts, due to limited IPC capacity.

That's not the case whatsoever.

At Crystal Web we've been putting in upgrades to parts of the network and issued a network notice accordingly, but based on feedback it's hardly having any impact at all, so any issues just ask support to assist as jumping to the conclusion that it's IPC problems is certainly not the first port of call...

Here for example is our IPC utilisation right now and for the last few hours in CPT. The red line being when we implement shaping on basic uncapped (further shaping on various products as you go up the chart as we only shape when we have to), so there is certainly no IPC problem with us...

I am on the 300GB - R465pm deal.
But still showing 300GB allocation, has not been bumped to 400GB yet :(

Nice! Mine was upgraded to 200GB from the 150GB, still on the R164 special. :)

Wasn't even using 150GB a month though, so now have a little over 400GB thanks to rollovers..

Awesome way of passing this onto customers

You lucky, my special is still at 100GB per month.. but can't complain, I love the rollover

Nothing for the 25GB monthly accounts with bolt on option (free unshaped downloads between 18:00 and 06:00 and all weekends)? Not that I am complaining, it is still an awesome account.

From their mail earlier today
The migration to your new package will be in effect from midnight on 1 June, 2016. An auto-migration notification may be sent to you and should not be cause for concern, but just to let you know the migration has taken place.

So you should probably see it reflected tomorrow.

Thanks Vox!
