What the hell is going on at VOX

Been trying to get hold of them for 3 days. Calls get cut off after 20 minutes, no response to mail, etc...
I expect same day or very least next day service from these guys, rather that's what I am use to getting from them.
Seems tides have changed or perhaps my bad.. not sure.

Need my ADSL service cancelled and put back in the pool, that way my telkom cancellation can proceed.

THEN I need somebody from VOX to contact me regarding FTTH.

Any alternatives available other than VOX, IF this level of service continues that is!!!

Bitco home fibre offers unshaped unthrottled uncapped internet. Starting from 10/2(R659/m) up to 200/200.

I pay for 20/2, bitco home fibre on vumatel cable and this is what I get:

But definately cancel your adsl first or you could end up paying for both.

Should you wish you could sign up and future date your start date so it can start asap after adsl ends.

Where is the exchange situated, Currently Vox offering me 160 - 180 internation latency. what does Bitco offer?

Im abour to go out above speed test was done on the mybb mobile app which auto selects local servers.

I can check later on my laptop what the international results are.
