vox throttling

As a matter of interest - are those of you getting throttled using ADSL Fatpipe accounts on your Openserve fibre lines, or VOX's line+data packages?
 
I don't see any throttling. I get around 12MB/s download. I use Fatpipe ADSL data om my fibre link.
