Not sure if this is the right forum... We have been using VPN Lite in our small business for over 5 years and it has been great, but in the last 2 months the service has deteriorated badly. We have 15 sites but Telkom do not seem to care. I see that the VPN is down across the board almost weekly, and more recently, daily. Telkom have a very aggressive attitude towards ADSL support and they seem to take weeks to repair faults. We have found that at times the Telkom technician will simple close the call without calling us or going on site. When this happens we wait a day and place a new call. Any attempt to escalate the original fault that has not been repaired is fruitless and only results in more delays. Comments please folks!
