Vredehoek, Cape Town: ADSL Problems

Internet just dead after 17:00 in the evenings and only start getting normal speeds at around 09:00 the next morning. Know about various people complaining about line speed in Vredehoek. Having more than one person online at a time at times seems impossible. Alright speeds attained through speedtest when line is working through the day. Downloads though rarely reach more that 20kb/s on a 1Mb line. Watching things on YouTube is usually out in the evenings.

Moved to Vredehoek in January 2016 and struggling with the adsl connection here ever since. Any advice appreciated.

We are paying for a 10mb line and it syncs at 10mb on the router but always struggled to attain that speed.
Its been even worst for the past month where we are getting speeds of like 1-2mb connection.
