VSAT in DRC

I am looking for a cost effective VSAT solution for a client in the DRC.
Any help will be appreciated.

Inmarsat's Fleetbroadband works nice but ain't cheap - Our current lite plan is $60 for 5MB per month & $18/MB OOB.
That's for offshore, maybe the land based is cheaper
