VSE?

I need some help playing a VSE video file. I tried VLC media Player with the latest video codecs but it doesnt work does anyone maybe know how to play this file its a VSE file and it also says MJPEG it was taken from CCTV.

sounds like a proprietary format....

These can be converted to .AVI files by the "Video Server E" software that comes supplied with the recorder. The software is quite poor in my opinion as its not very flexible. Apparently the .VSE format cant be modified so it can be submitted as evidence in court.
