Gents my pup bit the Fibre pipe out in the yard due to Afrihost and Vumatel incompetence... Been on their case since March but they never sorted it out. Currently using my own data and no wifi connection.

@AfriNatic please assist, I work from home and this is totally unacceptable... Been waiting 2 days for the guys to just come fix the line on my property

Come on man.... It's been 3 almost 4 days now without internet.... It's because of the incompetence of the installers and you guys as well that I sit without internet.

Is it fair on me to spend R500 On data because I work from home? Are you guys going to compensate me back?

Please just get someone out here tomorrow... There is literally nothing going on in Phoenix....
