Vuma Reach Phoenix Thread

How do I interpret that? I have not been able to access my home the whole day. Will there be interim or erratic service or will it be out until the service change is complete, scheduled until Friday afternoon?

Red LOS light on my side from 11:30pm. Its still Red as of now.
 
Damn. This downtime is hectic. From 12:30 and I’m stilll offline.

Normally I’m online after an hour or so. Hectic breakdown somewhere

Are you sure about that because on the local neighbourhood group everyone's Internet is offline in Phoenix.
 
Hi, Vuma has confirmed the outage in the area and it is due to additional splitter panels installation.
Additional?? Yikes what are they splitting and where exactly ? I will drive there myself and see if they actually working...this is all nonsense....
 
Vuma have to up their offerings in Phoenix. Openserve is rolling out 500mbps.

Please note that Vumatel engineers are currently performing emergency maintenance in the Phoenix area. This may result in a loss of connection. The latest update confirms Vumatel is already around 1/3 through reconnecting impacted connections. They will continue to do their best to have all connections back up and running by this afternoon.
