Surprised they didn't use preterminated cable, what was the company that did the installation? NanoFibre?

Congrats bruh. Wasn't too long. I thought these installers did everything for you. Now you need to get team 2 to sort you out. Then wait for team 3 to do your activation.

Activation is near instaneous actually, unless there's some issue.

They asked for my route first and said that my route is fine for them and started working

Update:

Still waiting for the splicing team

They changed the way they are doing the installs now, one team showed up and sorted out everything. Didn't even need the wifi password, using my existing router for wifi, just ran a lan cable from the ONT and everything was working.

That's not on bruh. Let's just say you had a 14:00 appointment with team1, they finish installation at 17:00. Now team 2 will not be able to get to you as they knock off at 17:00. So this would mean team 2 has to schedule on another date with you and you have to make an excuse with your boss cos you need another day off.

Same issue with me. No one showed up yet and I'm leaving for work now because I booked a half day. My mom is home now waiting for team 2
