Bad news. Team 1 broke the fibre cable. So they will either come in later today or tomorrow for reinstallation

Mine just completed now. Have to wait for splice team. They kept telling me how delicate the cable was, so now I'm a little worried as I hope everything was done correctly as they were very careful with cabling.

Installation team is done. Splicing team needs to come it and see if they did their job correctly....

Took them 2 hours to come after installation. So i would only get spliced tomorrow morning...

So splicing was done, the guy just came in to check the router and said Caneside is not live as yet. I was a little confused as Vuma had marked my area as live. He then explains that a different department will have to come and sort out those black boxes on the road and make them "live".
