Update:

Vumatel has deployed another OLT to Phoenix to accommodate growth in the area. Clients in Phoenix have been moved over to the new OLT however provisioning is now required for clients. Due to the high volume of provisioning requests, there is a delay with provisioning work orders. A network incident has been logged until the backlog for provisioning has cleared. NWI-12000

Latest Update:

Vumatel is making gradual progress and has committed to getting as many connections restored as soon as possible. They are targeting overall connection restoration for later this evening.

We will continue to keep you updated as we are on the matter.

****. Over 24 hours. At least we won’t be getting loadshedding tomorrow. That’s one positive lol
Vodacom is super slow around here. Some peeps I know that aren't on Vumatel but on Vodacom are having super slow speeds lol.
