Everyone I have spoken to in my neighborhood have noticed the downgrades from 30mbps to 20mbps. Also, the prices went up with the anticipated VAT increase which government never materialise.

Its very unlikely your package would be downgraded from 30 to 20Mbps, and what is the VAT story about?

Is vuma having issues or something? I have terrible download and upload speeds.

I have contacted afrihost and they said no faults from vuma and they reseted my LINE but no difference.

I'm on a 20/10 line but it's bad can't even use the net as well.

Edit, did you try the usual restart the router, ont?

Speeds seem fine on my end, but I am on the 100mbps package.

Nope

Network is still bad, also connecting then disconnecting.

There is no confirmed outage but I am receiving more Phoenix clients and the issues are common.

What I've noticed is:

* WiFi connection drops then reconnects
* Speed Is slow, unable to load pages etc.
