I really some help please.
I had fibre lines installed by Vumatel in our complex for free - I don't see a box outside but I have the termination point box inside my apartment. (Close to a plug point)
I got in touch with Afrihost and they have already sent the router - they said my installation is not complete and I need a CPE box (R1700ish once off) I spoke to our body corporate and they were told by Vumatel that the installation is complete and the only thing needed is a router from an ISP and then we will be connected.
Who needs to install the CPE? Vumatel or Afrihost?
Is it ok that the termination point inside?
Should this CPE not have already been installed when they did the initial installation?
Please assist.
