Vumatel Gauteng Access to certain Websites

Anyone else having issues with gaining access to certain websites. For example I can not get into my son's online school, gurushots, twitter brings up an error message. Axxess say it is an issue with Vumatel in Gauteng and I just want to confirm
 
No worries it back up again after being down since 6am
