I am highly frustrated with this company
First of all you blocked me from my own Fibre at my residence due to an agreement with a former tenant which has nothing to do with me.
Then after numerous conversations both email and here you eventually said ok they will cancel the ISP line you then said it would be 7 to 14 WORKING DAYS which was frustrating enough but i had to respect it and stick it out even when it affects my business and income.

Mweb then goes OUT IF THEIR WAY to help me only to now today be told That Vumatel will make me wait until the 1st of February 2022.
Then I get told it will be the same month I canceled at the end of the month which was December!!!

That's ridiculous!!!! I canceled last year already on the 20th of December!!! How can you tell me 7 to 14 working days NOW it's oh no wait no just on the last day of the current month which would have been December!!!

It is spiteful unprofessional and I'm starting to consider legal action as you are now affecting my income and it is not necessary!

Mweb needs to follow the line release procedure by Vumatel.

It consists of providing a POA from you to Vumatel. If the current active ISP does not respond with a POA of the current tenant to prove the service must still stay active within 48 hours Vumatel terminates the service.
