They've watered down the value and you're now effectively getting an inferior more expensive product. Same is going to happen with Key in time. I said from the start Vuma went with the wrong technology for our market and they'd be unable to compete. Vuma Reach and Key are scams. Maybe @mylesillidge should do some investigation of the promises made with Vuma Reach and the eventual outcome as pound for pound (or mbps for mbps) it's more expensive.
What they should have done from the start is introduce lower packages to recoup network costs.
