Is this not not a DHCP Storm/DDOS with each Vuma GPON requesting a new IP address?
Same here, whatever they changed last night, should stay. It seems like it did the trick.I hate to say it but my Vuma came back on immediately this time after the shedding.
And it's still on.
But wait until everybody gets home now after work and reboot theirs or turn it back on....

its now 22:15 and my internet is still down (Goedemoed, Durbanville).
tried resetting the cpe and router about 15mins ago, still no luck.
recovery after this afternoon's shedding was much faster than tonight....
Just a reminder to those that do not know. Every time a zone get power again, a new storm start and hits the servers hard.
This can and does knock live clients offline as the network takes strain.
