Hi all
I have exhausted all avenues.
I migrated line speed with Vox over Vumatel East London infrastructure.
Something went wrong in the back end provisioning at Vumatel and I have been without service since Friday.
If there is anyone here than could assist to get my service up and running again, I have someone at Vox diligently doing their part but we have been waiting for Vumatel since Saturday and there can be no escalation from ISP until the outage hits 72 business hours from reporting date.
