So its been a year that we have fought with Vumatel for fiber, they installed in our complex and we were promised 3 weeks until the road got connected.

A year later we are being told they are trying to sell the infrastructure in the complex to Metrofiberhoods who are not interested.

I am looking for the Ombudsman that Vumatel fall under so that I can continue with them.

The lack of responses and the mis information given to us in this debacle have been quite something, yes I have a mail thread for it all :(

Does anyone know which Ombudsman they fall under or where I can find out?

What is the complex name and area, let me get you feedback. Metrofiberhoods or Metrofibre networks?

I'm not certain if they are part of the FTTH Council but you will have to inquire on this so that you can log a formal complaint
