I have emailed queries and even sent the same queries via the website no feedback has been provided.
Please kindly investigate the sms charges as I have not sent out any sms's from this number since I have migrated to contract. My number was on prepaid sim sonke and was migrated on the 2nd of May so any sms's sent on the 1st of May or prior was deducted from my prepaid account.
Also please confirm the banking details that you have on record for this account I have requested banking details to be changed via the call centre.
The last four digits of the correct account should be 7989
Also, the amount of R199 that was debited from my account does not reflect on this invoice.
