my order. the reason y I didn't email them is because they can take up to 48 hours to reply. So I would find out Monday that my order was suppose to be at my house today. Had to make sure someone is at home to receive the order.

You're looking at the wrong stuff though. I buy there primarily because they have stuff you simply can not find locally. I mean their catalog is massive.
There are ALOT of little "easter egg" prices which you only find if you search

Diabolus has it right. We import stuff from the US, and very rarely get stuff locally. We thus say to people - You want it? We got it! Mainly because people buy stuff from us that they can't find in SA.
