So thinking of Afrihost for an ISP, I would think again.
If you want support form Afrihost, you can't phone them, you have to request a call back, hours later and still no call back, so either they have loads of issues more than what they would admit, or they just have really bad support service, I have had support request that simply never got attended to, they NEVER answer or got back to me.
So i just tried whatsup, and guess what 1 operator has to attend to multiple support request at the same time, when I ask for his full attention i was told he would request a call back because I'm not willing to wait while he deals with other customers.
So that is what you get at Afrihost, long gone are the days that Afrihost was actually good at support, I charge my client a flat rate of R450 to sort out problems, and Afrihost takes hours to respond, while i sit at the client and wait the bill racks up and afrihost is focusing on other clients, so all they trying to do is make you believe your being helped.
It's quicker to change ISP's than to get support that is the reality with Afrihost
