Please be aware when you are planning on buying wow gamecards.

I have placed an order for a wow gamecard at Pico Computer Tech (owner Hugo Decloedt) and payed for it on the 5th of June. It is now the 10th already and not even a word from the owner....

I have emailed this Hugo Decloedt about 4 strong worded essays already and still no reply. If you phone his contact number, it just rings till you get the dreaded "disconnected" signal.

It seems fraud will always feed on people's greed.

Be warned.

Regards.

Yes, Another person complaining.

Who are the hosters of the web site?
They should be contacted and asked them to close the site down!

I Finally got a response and a key.... Still, i am not going to be a returning customer.

i have bought a wow key from digimall on tuesday and still no replay from them :(

After my bad experience with "Pico" i decided to try this DigiMall as someone sugested. Now i'm in the same boat once again.

Bought a wow key on the 10th. Its the 17th already and not a word. Are these two companies / websites owned by the same person/s or am i just having really bad luck.

Now I'm confused

I just buy my CD keys directly from an overseas site.

Since I've done it before from them I'm already verified so I don't need them to phone me and I normally have my key in an hour.

www.offgamers.com

Unfortunately be aware that they also sell gold so not everyone likes to use them.

What's there to be confused about? He decided to buy another key from Digimall because Pico sucked, now they're doing exactly the same thing - taking their time to send him his key.

Hence the problem... Waiting longer than a week... without even a response.

I mean wth, how long, will it ever...site says "key mailed to you within a days time"

Waiting = bad business = me not returning to them + warning future buyers.

Regards.

I have often used digimall.co.za and never had a problem, sure you may need to wait a few days as he gets game cards in batches, but like I said, never had a problem. What I started doing to avoid trouble is to order a game time card a week or so before my account expired.

18th today and still no key from DigiMall.

What irritates me the most is not the fact that they don't have stock or what ever the reason may be, but NOT A SINGLE WORD. Not a "sorry we're handling it" or "haha screwed you" ... nothing.

Aag laat ek gaan afkoel.

Ja ou maat koel af, dan skryf jy vir hulle 'n e-pos. Meskien het die bestelling verlore geraak...

After countless emails I've decided to phone them today...to my surprise, the number listed is disconnected.

So...it seems I'll have to live with the loss. What can one do... and that website is still open, raking in new suckers...err customers.

Regards.

www.gamersloot.net - about 48 hour turnaround time for cd keys (personal experience)

Also used them like last week. In my case i got a scanned PDF of the gamecard within 20 minutes of payment -on a sunday- . They do the whole phone confirmation thing too. So i'd use them again if i ever need to buy a key of some sort. WoW CD Keys might take longer, dunno, but gamecards i guess they have lots in supply ;)
