How to get away from cops: Get in a boat. Problem solved.

Boat works like a charm, those cops are relentless. Hiding in the vehicle seldom works for me, they just show up and find me again anyway.

I've found that if I've broken line of sight, ditch the car, get into another one, and hide in there, I've got a better chance of getting away.

Until a chopper chases you?

Although I did outrun a chopper, too.

Does that chopper disable thing work properly?

I just shoot the gunner out of the chopper and it goes back to base.
