+1 Just because its 10am doesn't mean that there are no totally wasted drivers attempting to drive.
Not necessarily. If you drive according to Driver's rules then you'll spend so much time doing checks that you never actually look where you're going. Consequently its not bad idea to apply some common sense to their BS rules.Pooky said:
