You need to be on Mweb as an ISP and be a premium subscriber to get Mweb content. So its pretty much impossible for you. They want other ISP's to allow peering so I can even do this in South Africa on another reputable ISP.

I am a DSTV subscriber in South Africa. well my parents are! So now i miss watching TV? What can i do. Any other way?
