Watching the ANC at work

I have seen these kind of things myself...but the is one government entity that actually does its work...and does its work well. The SA-CAA. Propably because their standard operating procedures is prescribed by ICAO...which has nothing to do with South Africa.
 
ICAO-International Civil Aviation Organisation.

Basically, they do a lot of research on Aviation Safety...then they draft basic operating procedures which countries can either say yes or no to. If you live in a country that said yes to these standards...then any airline flying to or inside your country MUST conform to these standards. So if we dont conform to these standards...JZ cant fly to the UK to go spend our tax rands :P. This is the lame mans version of it. They do a lot of hard work to keep air transport the safest means of transport in the world.
 
just saying one place in the government is actually doing their job...wanted to give some positivity...
 
Where was Vodacom's representative during the covering up of their logo? If I was a Vodacom rep. at an event like this and they tried to cover my company's logo up, I would have kicked up a stink, been arrested, and been all over the news the next day. That's how you represent your company.

You are naive to think Vodacom will dare bite the hand that feeds it... lol
I bet my bottom dollar that they are sooo in the pockets ... with a lot of ministers
and no... they will not be alone ;)

I agree, except that online video in SA is about as much use as a tin tack in a jock strap. Only a very small percentage of SA'ns have access to the internet, and most of them already know the ANC are scum. No, if you want such video to have impact on the people that count, the voters, then it has to be on air. Unfortunately, as you say, getting it on air would be very difficult. SABC is not as independent as they'd like people to think.
